For Prince Cruise, the shuttle bus costs US$ 20/person/way. The cruise is at No 1 Bai Chay Road, Halong, which is around 20-minute drive from Tuan Chau Marina. However, I think you can check with the bus operator if they can pick you up straight at the cruise pier, I think it is possible.

We booked the small boat but the service was great. The organizer took us away from the crowd to more peaceful areas. Luckily, there were countless surrounding islands for us to see. Really appreciate the cruise company's efforts in making the journey not boring. There were several ships docked in the same area as us at night but it felt like ours was the only one. We really don't want to waste food but it's too much for someone who eats little like me. The crew is very friendly. Mr. Coco didn't hesitate to share with us about life in Vietnam.
We would book this tour again and recommend it.

Our trip lasted 3 days in April. We were 2 couples sharing the itinerary and celebrating 1 group member's birthday.
I could remember the names of all the staff on board because they served us very well. Captain (Bing), waiter (Mike), tour guide (Chang), these people tried their best to make our cruise as special as possible.
Voted 100% on food on board. The dinner on board was scrumptious, not only beautiful but also beautifully decorated. We couldn't believe how carefully the chefs carved vegetables and fruits to add beauty to the dish. That's so great.
The excursions are extremely interesting. Once again, thank you Prince Junk for the unforgettable trip. If there is a chance, we will recommend it to you.

The 1-night trip was excellent. We chose small boats instead of boats with large capacity. Small room but fully-equipped facilities. The staff always kept their smiles. Amazing food. A romantic experience on the sundeck area. We especially love kayaking. Recommend this activity for couples to explore the caves. The journey to Bai Tu Long is right as it isn't too touristy.

Our exploration of Bai Tu Long Bay was incredible in every aspect. The weather was foggy but it didn't ruin the spectacular scenery. We had no shortage of islands and islets to enjoy. The crew was very helpful during the excursions. Will definitely come back for a longer trip. We are ready to stay in Bai Tu Long for an extra 1 week.

Prince Junk tour is our first trip to Vietnam. And it was the best. 3 days and 2 nights was a wonderful time for us. Booking in January was a special occasion in Vietnam. There were many families like us on the ship. Our neighbors are nice. The staff went above and beyond. They served us meals, gave us all their attention, and guided us on excursions. All prices were included. We didn't need to worry about it at all. Food is diverse in flavor and preparation. Vegetarian options weren't a bad choice. The trip to Bai Tu Long Bay is much more spectacular than Ha Long Bay.
Our private space can be ruined if another ship passes by. One drawback of glass doors.

We chose the Prince Junk tour. On day 1, we were warmly welcomed with cold towels and welcome drinks, visited the floating village, explored caves, and joined in some onboard activities. On day 2, we kayaked, enjoyed breakfast, and returned to the port. Our room was very comfortable. Customer service is one of the highlights. Thank you very much to the staff for helping us have a memorable trip. Our communication was effective. This journey is worth every dollar. Once again, thanks Prince Junk.

We went on a cruise on the Prince Junk and everything was planned in advance. This itinerary met our needs well. From booking, pickup/dropoff from hotel, waiting lounge, excursions, food, and staff, were all great. The room was extremely comfortable. Those are the highlights that we can review for you.
