- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

However, we can arrange a connecting car to meet you halfway and take you to Noi Bai Airport for 100 USD/2 people. You will get there around 15:15 am. Please note that the cabin cost does not include a transfer from Hanoi. You will transfer by a shuttle bus and it is US$ 35/person/round trip Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi. From the pier to the big boat, you will use a speedboat and it takes around 15-20 minutes to transfer. However, Halongbay is quite calm so I think it is okay for you.
