Questions & Answers (58)
Ask a questionI would like to go for 3D2N but the check-out is quite late. I have two options on the day of checkout: option 1) 15:30 departure at Hanoi Airport and option 2) 13:10 departure at Cat Bi airport. Would I be able to make any of these flights?
Dear AJ, It will be too late for you to take these flights, if you prefer to arrive at the pier earlier, the cruise can arrange a speed boat for an extra cost around $100/2 people. If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me. Best regards, Hallie
When does the boat cruise depart from the depature point? Do you offer pick up from Hanoi and what time in the morning would we need to be picked up at from our Hotel in Hanoi?
Dear Sarah, I wish to advise you that Venus Cruise will depart from Tuan Chau Marina. If you book the transportation with us, our car will pick you up from hotels in Old Quarter between 8.00-8.30 am. Regards, Phoebe
I have two questions: Is the evening meal served at a pace that is customised to each guest, or do all guests get each dish at the same time? Is there a normal buzz on the boat, e.g. in the bar, after dinner, or do all guests go their separate ways?
Dear Laus Sorensen, For the evening meal, dishes are typically served at a pace that allows guests to enjoy each course together, creating a shared dining experience. After dinner, there is usually a lively atmosphere in the bar where guests can mingle and socialize. While some may prefer to relax in their cabins, many enjoy connecting with others on the sundeck or at the bar. You can also unwind on the sundeck, order drinks from the bar, try squid fishing, or book a massage service to rejuvenate yourself. So there are plenty of options for those looking to connect with others. Best regards, Tracy.
Hello there - we are very keen to do this cruise but I experience sea sickness. Is this cruise is calm waters? Thank you
Dear Rachel Garrard, Please rest assured that our cruise tours are scenic cruises designed for relaxation and Ha Long Bay is generally known for its calm waters, providing a pleasant experience. If you are prone to seasickness, we still recommend bringing any necessary medication just in case. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Best regards, Tracy.
Will you be able to pick up from Hanoi international airport and drop us back to Hanoi city once we done with 2 night cruise ?
Dear Munaf Mukadam, Yes, we can arrange the transfer as you request by shuttle bus or private car. Please share more details of your trip plan and group size so we can assist you further. Kind regards, Tearis
