8:00 - 8:45

Check in at Ambassador Lounge in Halong City at 1st Floor, Terminal - Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong.

9:00 - 10:00

Enjoy light breakfast onboard. Ambassador Cruise starts to sail on Halong Bay and crosses thousands of limestone islands and islets.

10:30 - 12:00

Explore Sung Sot Cave – the biggest cave in the bay with uniquely-shaped stalactites and stalagmites existing for millions of years. Then, visit Titov Island where you can sunbathe or swim at a sandy beach and conquer around 400 stone steps to the top of the mountain and witness the 360-degree view.

12:00 - 14:00

Enjoy a hearty lunch while the cruise continues to cross the beautiful landscapes in Halong Bay.

13:30 - 14:30

Explore Luon Cave by a sampan boat rowed by a local or kayak (extra fee, kindly sign up and pay at reception area before 01:30 PM).

14:20 - 15:30

Enjoy afternoon tea on the sundeck on the 3rd and 4th floors.

15:00 - 16:00

Enjoy a live music show on sundeck (or inside the restaurant area in case of unfavorable weather).

The FOC rate for only 01 children under 2 years old.
Children from 2 - 11 will pay an extra 85% of the adult rate.
Children aged 12 and above must pay full fare as an adult.
Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $12 per person per night applies for travel during Lunar New Year (16, 17, 18, 19/02/2026) and 7 April (Hung Kings' Festival), 30 April (Vietnamese Reunification Day), 1 May (Labor Day), 2 September (Vietnam Independence Day).

Dear Vinod Kumar, We unfortunately do not offer bookings for the Hercules Premium Day Cruise. However, the Ambassador Day Cruise is an excellent alternative.

For the Ambassador Day Cruise, the child policy is as follows:
- Children aged 5-12 years old are charged 85% of the adult price.
- Children from 2 years old to under 5 years old are charged 75% of the adult price.

Dear Ito, I'm pleased to inform you that after your cruise, the shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi Old Quarter, arriving between 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM (depending on traffic conditions). If you head straight to the airport from there, you would arrive around 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Are we going to get on-board and off-board the cruise ship directly from land at Halong international cruise port? Or are you going to transfer us in a small boat/ vessel to the cruise ship? 2.Are we going to reach the activities points directly by the cruise ship or would you transfer us in small boats to the activities points? 3. 1. The cruise docks at the pier so you will get on directly at Halong International Cruise Port and do not need to join a tender to the cruise ship.

2. Due to the geography of Ha Long Bay, you will visit islands and caves, join activities by speedboat.

3. Unfortunately, one deluxe cabin can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and costs $60/cabin. Thus, I suggest you should book two cabins for your group to take a rest on board. If you would like to book, I will check the availability with the cruise and help to arrange this cabin accordingly.

Dear Lalitha, I am sorry that the cost of Ambassador Day Cruise does not include day-use. The Deluxe cabin costs US$ 70/cabin and you can use it from check-in to check-out. Otherwise, you stay in Halong after the trip, it is totally fine and you can bring your suitcase along. For Ambassador Day Cruise, the shuttle bus costs US$ 15/person/way.
