Transfer to Dolphin Cruise by electric car and embark.

- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge of $15 per person applies for travel dates on 1/1, 24/12, 25/12, 31/12/2026, Tet Holiday (14.02.2026 - 22.02.2026), Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day (25.04.2026 - 26.04.2026), Reunification Day & International Labour Day (30.04.2026 - 02.05.2026), Vietnam National Day (02.09.2026).
- Weekend surcharge : Surcharge of $10 per person for travel dates on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.
- 15 days before departure date: 20% of total tour price.
- Between 14 and 5 days: 50% of total tour price.
- Between 5 and 2 days: 75% of total tour price
- Less than 48 hours – No Show: Full charge.

- Set Menu Option: If you select the Vegetarian, Indian, or Jain menu, dining will be limited strictly to that set menu, and access to the standard buffet will not be included.
- Set Menu + Buffet Option: If you would like to enjoy the Vegetarian, Indian, or Jain menu along with the standard buffet, a surcharge of $10 per person applies.

I will be staying in Super Candle Hotel in Hanoi. I want to book this day cruise for family of 4 in December 2026. Is there any possibility of pickup and drop facility from the hotel, and what are the charges ?
