Morning

Picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter via new highway. Arrive at Tuan Chau Pier and transferred to Elite of the Seas cruise. Welcomed on board, freshen up with welcome drink and listen to the safety briefing from the captain.

Afternoon

Enjoy lunch in either indoor or outdoor dining area while watching the stunning bay view. You have a chance to witness the chef presenting food directly from your table. Then, check in your cabin and unwind until the cruise drops anchor at Ao Ech Area for kayaking. Visitors can also soak up the cool water or just simply relax on the private balcony of your cabin. After breakfast, enjoy your time for relaxing in amazing views of Lan Ha bay while the boat continues cruising further for sightseeing. At 10:00 - 11:30 am, a Vietnamese buffet is served. Pack a small bag before getting on the speed boat to explore some unique areas that the main boat cannot go through.

Afternoon

Start the trip to Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba island. Ride a bicycle or relax on an electric car to watch gorgeous sceneries of rain forests. Back to speed boat and continue to cruise to a pristine beach for swimming.

Early Evening

Back to the Elite of the seas cruises for sleeping area. You will have time to freshen up, play some games or relax your body with massage services.

Evening

A different dinner menu is ready to be served. Indulge yourself with a wide selection of cocktails in the panoramic bar or participate in onboard activities including squid fishing, watching movies in the restaurant. Massage services are also available. Overnight on board.

Dear friends at Elite of the Seas Your cruise looks fabulous! Just one question-- the four of us have to get to Cat Bi Airport (HPH) for a 1pm flight. How early is it possible to check out and get to shore? I know that the usual transport leaves at 11:10am. We would have to leave the port at Ha Long itself closer to 10:15am...meaning leaving the boat around 9:45am. Would there be transport available for us at around 9:45am? If not, what is the earliest transport we could get to the shore and how long does the transfer from boat to shore take?

Dear Arash Babaoff, Please be advised that Elite of the Seas Cruise finishes at 11.15am as soonest and if you take a private car, you will arrive at Hai Phong airport at 12.00pm and have enough time for your flight at 1.00pm if it is a domestic flight. However, if you want to get on the pier earlier, maybe at 10.00am, you can take a speedboat, 30 mins from the boat to the shore and it costs USD 100 - USD 150. Should you have other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Dear Anita, I would like to answer your questions below:

1. Please share with me your hotel address to check if the cruise can pick you up from there.

2. Junior Suite is on the 1st floor, Senior Suite is on the 2nd floor, Executive Suite is on the 2nd floor and at the back of the ship.

3. The bus only drops off in Hanoi Old Quarter so if you want to be dropped off at Hanoi airport, you can take a private car to go direct from Halong to Hanoi airport, its price is USD 110. Or if you want to save money, you can take a connecting car on the way from Halong to Hanoi then go to Hanoi airport, its price is USD 20 extra.

4. The cruise finishes at 11.30am, if you take a private car, you will arrive at the airport around 2.30pm and if you take a connecting car, the arrival time will be around 3.00 - 3.30pm.

Dear Ateesh Srivastava, Please be advised that a suite is not enough space to put both a baby cot and an extra bed for your 2 kids so can one kid share a bed with parents? Please note it takes only 2,5 hours to go from Hanoi airport to Halong and you can get on the cruise at 12.00pm so you might need to wait a few hours at the cruise's lounge or go around. Best regards, Cindy

Since the cabin on Elite of the Sea has only 23m2, and it's quite tight if you use one cabin for 02 adult + one child or 03 adults. I believe the transportation is included in the price indeed. Hi , is it ok if we arrive in Ha Long by ourselves (we are a group of 5 , we would like to use our own taxi who will pick us up from our Intercontinental West Lake hotel at 9am and we will arrrive in Ha Long at 12pm before the check in time at 12.54pm) instead of using your services. 10 out of 10. We booked the suite on the upper deck. It was clean, well equipped and spacious. The view of the bay was amazing all the way. The staff were super friendly and attentive. They must be very well trained. Love the tour to Cat Ba Island. Highly recommend everyone book 2 nights.

The whole trip was a spectacular experience. They went out of their way to make the booking process smooth. They arranged a shuttle directly from our hotel, we didn't have to go anywhere. From the moment we got on the boat, we were greeted warmly like home. Their full attention and time were spent taking care of us. Really grateful to the team David and Cici, always show up with a smile and attentiveness. They made sure we had a great meal, can't thank you enough. Each day on the boat was a blast. Thank you all.
