If you need any further information, please feel free to email me. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Joy (Ms)

Dear Mr. Deepak Gupta, Thank you so much for your contacting us and frankly, we do not recommend a small kid for a cruise trip as he/she cannot enjoy anything of the cruise trip and also parents will need to take care of her/him. However, if you are still interested in joining the Halong Bay cruise trip, please consider the 2 days 1 night cruise option as it is very uncomfortable for your family if you are going for 3 days 2 nights. If you go on the 3D2N trip, you will need to move to a day boat on the second day and cruise until the late afternoon. Thus, I hope you understand this situation. Thank you! Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to let me know. Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear Melissa, Thank you for your question. I am afraid that it is impossible for your family stay together at the same cabin as they do not have a family cabin for 4 persons. Thus, you will need 2 cabins instead. Besides, Kayaking and climbing surely not very suitable for children, thus you may consider the cruise program, or they could stay on board for relaxing instead. Thank you! Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Therefore, if you want to avoid the rain, it would be better if you could change your travel date to Oct - Dec. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me! Dear Massiel Serrano, Thank you for your email! Please be advised that it is totally fine that you can book a single room now when add one more person if someone joins tour with you later. The extra person just need to pay the additional cost to amend from single room to double/twin room. Best regards,

Dear Kim Gon, Thank you for your inquiry! As per your arrival time, it is possible for you to do the cruise on the day you arrive, but we do not have shuttle bus service picking up from Hai Phong. You would need a private car. Kindly share with me your cruise's preference and the number of person in your group to check the availability. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Hi, I am interested in your 2-night cruise. Do you make your guests transfer to a "day" boat like most of the cruise companies do on day 2? Thank you!

Dear Ms Linda, Thank you for your contacting us and yes, all of our cruises need to transfer to small boat on the second day and only return to the big boat in the afternoon. If you do not like this transfer, you may consider going with private cruise if possible. Thank you! With my best regards, Sunny (Ms)

What is the New Years surcharge? Is it already included in the price if selecting 3-day trip leaving on Dec 30?

Dear Gary, Thank you for contacting us! Please be advised the New Years surcharge is a surcharge for compulsory gala dinner on New Year Eve and this is not included in the cruise fare. If you take the 3-day trip on Dec 30, you would be surcharged US$50/person for the gala dinner on Dec 31. This is the net rate of the cruise and we do not take any profit for this surcharge. I hope my info would help and if you would like to book, kindly do let me know. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Dear Ms. Candace, Thank you very much for contacting us. All of our cabins are strictly non-smoking although guests are allowed to smoke on their private balcony or smoking area on sundeck. Please don't worry about this part of the trip! At the moment Bhaya Cruise is available for 24-26 December still, but please keep in mind there is a peak season surcharge for Christmas gala dinner. If you have any questions please let me know!

Informative trip. Well looked after and welcomed by the crew. Vuong created cocktails and ran the atmosphere so we were relaxed. If given the chance I would consider this boat again. Well done.

Great trip from start to finish with a nice man - David. Easy communication with him and made everything smooth. We stayed overnight 1N and perfect for couples. Abundant food, but please cut down on fish dishes.

The staff did try their best. Lunch was impressive with lots of choices. Drinks were reasonably priced, quite expensive than Hanoi but included the service I got.
Dust under the bed and in corner of bathroom.

An unforgettable trip! I met Jackie, who accompanied me throughout the journey and connected me with Bhaya's crew. We stayed for 3 days in a good room with foody meals. I wish we could have stayed longer, each place had its own unique beauty.

This was the best cruise we've ever had! Only 10 other passengers, it felt like we had the whole ship to ourselves. Food was amazing, fresh and filling. Activities were well organized. There was plenty of time to explore and relax. Staff went above and beyond to make this tour special. Joy and Harry were absolutely fantastic and made sure our trip was perfect.
