Unfortunately, we cannot pick you up directly from the Luxury Serviced Apartment Vinhomes D’Capitale – Zen Homes as it is outside this area. For your inquiry about the weather, the beginning of January is the winter period in Ha Long Bay, with temperatures generally ranging from 15-20°C. The weather is typically cool, cloudy, and while there might be some fog in the morning, it is usually not heavy.
