Dear Evelyn, Regarding the shuttle service, I would like to inform you that shuttle bus transfers are only available for hotels located within the Hanoi Old Quarter. Unfortunately, we cannot pick you up directly from the Luxury Serviced Apartment Vinhomes D’Capitale – Zen Homes as it is outside this area. For your inquiry about the weather, the beginning of January is the winter period in Ha Long Bay, with temperatures generally ranging from 15-20°C. The weather is typically cool, cloudy, and while there might be some fog in the morning, it is usually not heavy. Dear Gary Sweeting, Please note that our complimentary shuttle bus service is only available for transfers between Hanoi and Ha Long. If you will be arriving on the Celebrity Solstice, the easiest option is to take a taxi from the cruise terminal to the check-in point. Dear Joseph, We only have the sharing bus included from Hanoi - Halong -Hanoi but it's not included for the transfer from Halong, Bai Chay to the pier. If you are already in Bai Chay, I believe you can make easier transfer from your hotel to the port by taxi/ cab. Kind regards, Phoebe

Dear Ross, I wish to advise you that Celebrity Solstice will dock at Halong International Port and the Jadesails Cruise will start from Tuan Chau Port. It's two different port so I trust you will have to make the private transfer from Halong International Port to go Tuan Chau marina if you wish to join the boat. Dear Mr. John, I'm pleased to inform you that in the unlikely event that the typhoon, storm causes the trip to be cancelled, we have two options for you:

• We will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your trip to a new date (if possible)
• If you are unable to change your date, we will proceed with a cancellation and a refund.

Please be advised that we can only assist with these options if there is an official announcement from the local government to prohibit all boats from operating. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any new developments as they arise.

Dear Freney Uribe, I am sorry JadeSails Cruise does not offer a pickup in Halong. We recommend taking a taxi for the most convenient transfer to the cruise. Dear Bev Foord, I'm happy to let you know that the Jadesails Cruise is scheduled to disembark at Tuan Chau Marina at around 5:20 - 5:30 PM. From there, you can take a taxi to the Halong International Cruise Port, where your Celebrity Cruise Ship will likely be docked.
