Dear Anna, Please be advised that it will be a bit inconvenient for your baby during the activities on the 2nd day. But you will only leave the main boat for about 4 hours from 12.45 to 4.45pm so if you are well prepared for your kid, it will still be okay. Dear Terence, You can still use the bus Hanoi to Halong and Halong to Hanoi then we will arrange a connecting car to pick you up on the way to go directly to Hanoi airport. Dear Sai, Yes, the cruise can cater to pure vegetarian meals (no meat/seafood/egg). The cost is USD 34 per person for shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong - Ninh Binh. If you can bring your luggage to the boat and store it in your cabin. Please be advised the junior suite and senior suite are only different from the location. Dear Anna, The biking activity is on the second day when you will be transferred to a day boat until the afternoon. You can skip biking and relax on the day boat until they move to the next activity. In case you want to stay on Genesis Cruise, it is alright but the ship will back to the harbor to drop off previous guests and welcome new guests, thus the itinerary and meals will be repeated.

As for the itinerary, you will start from Tuan Chau Port and cross a part of Halong Bay during transferring time from the port to the cruise but mainly explore Lan Ha Bay.

Dear Evangelia, In case of bad weather and the tour have to be cancelled, which is decided by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

1/ Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund. => You can rebook the trip on any other date 
2/ During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
3/ The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

For the two later options, you can pay for the services you used and book another trip if you wish to. For your anniversary, the cruise will decorate your room to celebrate it. I hope to hear from you soon and please let me know if you have any other inquiries.

You can consider Doris Cruise or Erina Cruise, which leaves later at around 12:15 - 12:30, however, you will need to leave the airport by 11:15am which I believe is quite a rush. Can I request for dietary restriction (gluten-free) for one of the guest? 2. It says you offer shuttle transport pickup from hotel, is it possible to pick us up from Muong Thanh Grand Hanoi Hotel? If yes , how much it cost and what time would you be able to pick up? 3. Do you also offer transport from Ha Long back to Hanoi after the cruise trip ends? If yes , would it cost extra fee if we request the pickup transport too? And where would the transport drop us in Hanoi?

Dear Wilson Wibamanto, About dietary restriction, the cruise can surely prepare it thus please kindly not worry. About the transfer, it costs US$ 30/person round trip Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi. However, if your hotel is Muong Thanh Grand Hanoi at Unit CC2, Bac Linh Dam, Hoang Mai Dist, I am sorry that the bus cannot pick you up there. Dear Michelle, Thank you for your email and sorry for the late reply! If you want to leave Hanoi once you arrive at the train station we can arrange a private van for you. The cost is USD 140 for Hanoi - Halong. However, please be advised the cruise will not start until 12.00pm and it takes only 2,5 hours to Halong, you will have to wait at the cruise port quite long so I recommend you to find a place in Hanoi to have breakfast (Mercure La Gare hotel where is only 2 minutes walking from the train station) then wait for our bus at 8.00am (USD 15/person/way) At the moment, we still have room available for your group on the trip date of Genesis Luxury Regal Cruise, so let us know your decision as soon as possible for a great selection. Regarding your inquiries, it takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes from Noi Bai Airport to the cruise port or 45 minutes from Hai Phong Airport to the cruise port (may be longer with traffic jams). As the cruise will embark at around 11.30 am, you must be at the gate by 11am to be able to board the tender to the boat. I suggest you should board the cruise a day later or arrange your flight earlier in the morning to be on the safe side. Dear Mr. Woohyun, Thank you for your question! On Genesis cruise, the Junior Suite cabins locate on the first floor while the Senior Suite cabins locate on the second floor. The cruise bus is sharing Limousine Fuso which can accommodate around 14 people. You can also consider taking a private minivan if you want only your group in the car. Thus as far as I know, you are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (under 4 years old), you can all stay in one room: FOC for a 3-year-old kid and an extra charge for an 8-month kid. Facilities were functional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and were pleased. The food was good. Some of the best Vietnamese food we have ever eaten. The trip was great value for money. If you are looking for a trip to Ha Long (Vietnam), do yourself a favor with Genesis.

The room was new and clean. We did several interesting tours, especially cycling tour which was included. The staff were energetic and ready to lend their hand for your comfort.
It would have been great to have more time for cycling and kayaking.

The ship was exceptional, beautiful, and well appointed. The schedule kept us busy during the day while the evenings were relaxing. I've been on several cruises in Halong Bay, but Genesis stands out as the best so far. The food is delicious, the rooms are extremely nice, and the staff, especially Ms. Chee, Nancy, Lee, and the whole team, really go above and beyond. The trips are well-timed and run smoothly. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Nothing to complain about! The ship itself was well-designed and spotlessly clean. The activities were not too busy so we had enough fun and relaxation in a day. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. All the information we received before the tour was correct and we had a truly carefree trip thanks to the whole crew team. Keep up the good work!
