Day 1: Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay
Morning:

Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Halong International Cruise Port on a 3 hour ride (not included in cabin cost), then you will be transferred into small tender boat to Signature Cruise. When you get on board, welcome drinks are served while our crew member complete the safety procedure and check you into your cabin.

Afternoon:
Have lunch with special foods while cruising through famous sights by limestone karst....The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Fishing Village. You will kayak around the village and learn about the daily life of fisherman on the bay. If the village does not take your fancy, you can relax on board and sunbathe on the top deck. 
Evening:

Back to the boat to wait for the sun setting while Happy Hour buy 2 drinks get 1 free is ready at the bar. For those who love Vietnamese food and desire to learn how to make some simple dishes, a Vietnamese cooking class is available right before the dinner.

Set menu dinner with a wide range of Vietnamese and international food will be served at 19:30. Time after the meal is free for you, when you might relax on the top deck with drink from our outdoor bar, try a massage at our spa or participate in the squid fishing.

Back to the vessel and prepare for check-out from 9:30 am. Enjoy a brunch while the cruise goes back to the harbor. Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port at around 10:45 am.

Early birds can attend the morning Tai Chi session on upper deck. Light breakfast will be served to get your energy up before being transfered to day boat and visit Cong Dam Area of Bai Tu Long Bay. Here you can immerse in the crystal clear water, sunbathe on the sandy beach or kayak.
Afternoon:
Traditional lunch will be served on day boat. Take some time to freshen up before getting backk to Signature Cruise, relax at your own leisure. At 5:30pm, bar will open the Happy hour program or you can join the cooking demonstration held by our chef.
Evening:
Another set menu dinner will be served. You can later spend free evening film entertainment (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage or meet new people in social area.

Hi, I am looking at booking the 2D1N tour. Can I check the following: 1) Do you provide pick-up at any hotel in Hanoi? If not, where is the exact pick up location from Hanoi (please provide address) and what time? What is the total price for the bus from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back to Hanoi? For drop-off at Hanoi, is it at our hotel or it is at a fixed drop-off point (please provide address). 2) Do we get all meals onboard for the 2D1N and are there all buffets? We cannot eat beef, so what kind of food is served? 3) Are there other costs besides the room cost? For kayaking, is it free? Dear Lim, I would like to answer your questions below:

1. Our bus will pick you up at your hotel if it is in Hanoi Old Quarter or nearby area. If your hotel address is too far from the Old Quarter, the pick up address is at our office at 72 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem.

2. The bus fee depends on which cruise you want to book and the drop off point is the same as pick up.

3. For a 2 day 1 night trip, you will have 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast. The meals will be buffet and set menu. If you cannot eat beef, the cruise will have alternative foods such as pork, chicken, seafood...

4. Besides the room cost, you will pay for drinks, spa service on your own expenses.

5. Kayaking is free for most cruises now. It's easy to do it by yourself without a guide

As far as I know you are interested in our Signature cruise and if you are a group of 5 persons, you will need an extra bed for the last person to join Elite Family cabin. This kind of cabin consists of 02 double beds. If you book 2 normal cabins, I am so sorry as there are no connecting cabins available on Signature cruise OR Signature Royal cruise. If you are arriving by air, I suggest you to take flight that arrives in Hanoi no later than 7:30am so as to be on time for the cruise. Regarding your question, please no worries that the boat can arrange vegetarian food for you. If you are strict vegetarians (do not eat even seafood, egg, milk) the boat will prepare some dishes with vegetable, mushroom... for you. For the transfer cost, it is US$120 for round trip private 7 seat car for your family. Dear Chew, As you are 2 families with 2 children/ each thus I am afraid that 4 of you can not stay within 01 cabin even for Junior or Senior suite cabin thus you may need to go with 03 cabins for 2 families ( 2 kids - stay at a twin cabin) another 2 kids will share the same beds with parents to save cost. Your cabin cost will charge as 75% based on parents' cabin. An alternative is to take 2 family suites - which will be easier for you to attend to your children. Dear Manoela, Many thanks for writing to us. The cost for transfer by shuttle bus is $15/person/way or $30/person/round trip. The bus can only pick up and drop off from hotels inside Hanoi Old Quarter. You can pay a deposit by credit card and the rest can be in whichever currency you prefer (USD or VND). Best regards,

Hi Julie, Thank you for your question! As your group has 5 adults, I suggest you take either a family suite + a junior suite, or 2 junior suites with extra bed. The maximum capacity a cabin on Signature can hold is 4 adults only. For your information, Signature Cruise is available for charter but with 12 cabins, the cruise may be a bit too much for your group. I suggest you consider Legend Halong Cruise 3 cabins, Amira Cruise 3 cabins, or Valentine Cruise 5 cabins, which are closer match. Best regards,

We loved the Signature ship! What an amazing view of the bay! We recommend the company give a raise to Mr. Morning who helped us a lot, speaks good English and is knowledgeable. He even proactively served us before we could ask for it. It's very kind of him!!! Our room was well-equipped and functioning. The ship is friendly to all ages. It was a big bonus for our son's birthday.

We chose a cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay with the hope of a quieter and cleaner experience than Ha Long Bay, and our decision was spot on. The ship had a beautiful royal design and provided excellent service, probably the best in Bai Tu Long. What made our trip even more memorable were the cruises that took us to less crowded and more serene places. It was the perfect choice for our relaxing getaway.

We had a great trip on the Signature. It was the perfect size and seemed more geared towards couples or families. This meant you could just relax and enjoy yourself without disturbance from the noise around. Food was great, rooms were comfortable, and service was excellent so we didn't have to worry about anything. Tom was a standout guide whose kindness and knowledge were unbeatable. He explained everything to us and did a favor in booking transport to our next destination last minute. Please note to book in advance to get the best price and service.

We decided to book a Bai Tu Long Bay tour and were so glad we did. This is a less popular option because there are fewer ships around us. Ms. Hallie was the reservation manager and she was very kind. She informed us about details of the trip so we knew what we needed to do and what would happen next. Our cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about food, we requested a vegetarian meal and it was met. Definitely a Signature cruise - you won't be disappointed.

The journey on the Signature ship gave us special experiences. We admired some limestone caves with special shapes of Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long. We received top-notch service from the staff onboard. They took care of us responsibly. Morning is very informative and adapts quickly to all unexpected situations. Dishes were also presented on the table waiting for us to enjoy. The entire staff made every second of our trip precious. We would highly recommend the Signature Cruise and Mr. Morning cruise manager. A recommended option for 2 nights.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time together on Signature cruise ship. We desired to go to Bai Tu Long Bay so this trip is extremely special to us. The ship's staff were accommodating in any situation. Activities were well organized and we had lots to do. Special mentions to Mr. Morning and Hannah as excellent employees who completed their tasks well. We couldn't describe how hard they worked from early morning to late at night. As for us, they have always been professional and helpful. My girlfriend had a fever, they were kind enough to give us pills and a small bowl of porridge for dinner. They are polite even when we don't participate in all activities and stay on board. Our trip was wonderful thanks to them. We recommend doing a 2-night cruise with more time to explore the bay.

Incredible view. Activities were really nice. The staff are wonderful. Tom is an energetic host, who took us to quiet areas of Bai Tu Long.
We were disappointed by the policy of non-alcoholic drinks allowance on the boat. Drinks and water are not included. Drink prices are also expensive (even though during Happy Hour). Oh, bathroom doesn't have a shower (only in the bathtub area so we had no alternative).
