Expected to be launched in late July 2023, Ambassador Signature Cruise is the latest member of the Ambassador fleet - an experienced fleet of 5-star cruising service in Halong Bay.

39 cabins and suites on Ambassador Signature boast an appealing view of the bay with a private balcony or terrace. An assortment of modern amenities is provided in each cabin such as LCD television, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with a standing shower or tub, hair dryer, separate dressing room, and more. Significantly, the beddings include upscale cushions and pillows, promising a completely deep sleep and relaxation for travelers.
A quiet itinerary in Lan Ha Bay - the forgotten heaven 25 km from Halong Bay makes Ambassador Signature apart from the other sister cruises. The cruise sails to the most untouched parts such as Viet Hai Fishing Village and Dark - Light Cave and offers exciting activities such as visiting fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, experiencing fish foot massage, kayaking, or taking a local rowing boat. Cruise itinerary
- 2 Days/1 Night
Morning
Shuttle bus picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (extra fee). Start a 2.5-hour drive to Halong International Cruise Port. Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge at around 11:30.
AfternoonWelcome onboard. Head to Piano Lounge or restaurant for the safety briefing by the Cruise manager and enjoy the welcome drink. Lunch is served thereafter while the vessel cruises to Lan Ha Bay. The first stop is Viet Hai Village where you can learn about locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage. Those who want to relax onboard can savor some homemade cakes, book a massage (extra fee) or unwind on the sun loungers on the top deck.
After the excursion, the cruise proceeds to the sleeping area. A cooking class with Happy Hour is ready. Canapes are complimentary while you watch the magnificent sunset on the bay.
EveningSavor a sumptuous dinner in the restaurant. After that, you have free time to listen to live music at the piano lounge with your favorite drinks (extra fee), try your hand at squid fishing, or watch movies in your cabin. Overnight onboard.

Morning
Early birds may want to try the Taichi session to refresh body and minds. A light breakfast is served at the Piano Lounge with coffee, tea, and pastries. The second stop is Dark and Light Cave – a secluded area with a stalactite-filled cave on the water and a calm lagoon surrounded by forested limestone mountains. Here you can opt for a kayak (extra fee) or a local sampan boat to discover the cave. Back to the vessel to freshen up and enjoy a full breakfast at the restaurant.
9:30 - 9:45Check-out your cabin and settle the bills (if any) at the reception. The cruise crosses hundreds of limestone islands and islets on the way back to the harbor. Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port at around 10:30 am.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate. Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- The child rate for children from 5 to under 12 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. In case the child occupies the sole cabin, the rate for adult is applied
- Kayak: VND460,000/kayak
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $50 per person per night applies for travel date on 24th December and 31st December.

- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 7 days prior to check-in: 20% of total rates
- From 6 to 3 days prior to check in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.

Dear Desi Tulloch, I am sorry we do not offer transfer from Halong to Danang, I suggest you book a flight. For Ambassador Signature Cruise, the cabin rate does not include a transfer from Hanoi yet. Hello,
I’m planning on traveling to Halong bay this May. I’ve been on the Her,est cruise before and their shuttle bus was quite comfortable and luxurious. I was wondering if this cruise offer luxury shuttle as well? Or do you offer private luxury vans?

The boat we stayed overnight had a large capacity with 39 cabins, but still kept standard size for each. A private atmosphere could be sure for us the whole trip. Best staff: Amira. Good job for the lively band on the rooftop.

Kind and enthusiastic crew, well-served food, clarified itinerary were all the highlights I remember of Ambassador Signature.

Nice view.
We had to pay an extra fee for pick-up transportation from the hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter. The facilities we used were not cost-effective. Pictures about each cabin were not similar to ones on the Internet. The activities during the schedule were arranged messily so we almost found ourselves busy all the time and no time for resting.

The most fantastic boat on Halong Bay that I have seen. Shout out to the staff, who were very courteous and easy-going. All my requests were met. Some of staff speak English very fluently so communication between us was not a big deal. Full meals on board were included in the package price so we did not have to think about the food on each meal.
A bit expensive massage & spa service, but the quality was not as I expected.

The whole ship exuded luxurious beauty and made us not tear our eyes. Full interior was well-designed in wood material and looked clean all the time. We had a chance to visit destinations that were not too touristy. Sweet staff looked after us during the schedule, even suggesting us a type of cocktail from the diverse menu of the bar.
