- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Do you pick up from the oriental Jade hotel in Hanoi? Also, need car to airport after 2 day cruise. Will I have enough time to get to the airport even in traffic. My flight is at 6 pm.

We spent 2 days and 1 night on Lyra with our family and had a wonderful time. Everything was great, from the food and service to the activities and friendly staff. It was our kids' first cruise, they absolutely loved it! We had a really memorable trip and would definitely recommend Lyra.
We had a wonderful experience with great food, excellent service, and beautiful scenery. The staff were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. It is a little expensive, but for us, it was worth the price. We'd definitely recommend it.
The staff were amazing - Luna, Alex, and Anna made us feel welcome throughout the trip. The buffet was excellent, and we loved the bun cha. The day trips were never too crowded, and we even had one island almost to ourselves. The water slide and poker nights were also fun. The only thing we'd change is making karaoke free, as there aren't many activities at night.
We had an amazing time! From the moment we stepped on board, the whole crew was so welcoming and really went out of their way to make the trip special. The staff were wonderful during the meals - always smiling, friendly, and making every meal more enjoyable. Teddy, Anna, Harry, and the rest of the team even joined us on the slide, which was such a fun and unexpected moment. A big thanks to Tyler for the surprise piano session, funny stories, and all the laughs. The boat itself is beautiful, but honestly, the crew are what made this trip so memorable. We left with so many great memories. Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time on Lyra Grandeur. We only stayed for one night but honestly wished we'd booked two. The rooms were beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were wonderful. Definitely get up early for the morning boat ride - it's worth it.
We had a wonderful 2 night cruise on Lyra. The ship was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The water slide was a big hit with the family. Lunch and dinner were excellent, although the breakfast could have had a few more choices.
Everything about the trip was better than we expected. The boat and crew were fantastic, and a special thanks to Teddy and Anna for making our stay so memorable. We'd definitely recommend this cruise.
We spent 3 days and 2 nights on Lyra Grandeur and it was such a wonderful experience. We loved starting the morning with Tyler's Tai Chi on the top deck while watching the sunrise. The food was great, the staff were lovely, and the waterslide was a big hit with both the kids and adults. Overall, it felt like a proper holiday, and a big thank you to Teddy and his team for taking such good care of us.
Absolutely amazing cruise. Everything felt luxurious from the moment we stepped on board. The rooms were comfortable, the bedding was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive. There were plenty of activities if you wanted to stay busy, but also lots of quiet places to relax and enjoy the views.
The boat is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The scenery of Halong Bay was incredible. Some of the excursions felt a little touristy and similar to other cruises, but we'd still rather do them from such a beautiful boat like Lyra Grandeur.
