After arriving Tuan Chau Marina, the staff welcome you at the waiting lounge and assist you with the luggage check-in.
AfternoonGet onboard and enjoy a welcome drink. The vessel starts cruising to Halong Bay and crossing hundreds of limestone islands and islets while you enjoy lunch in the restaurant. The first stop is Titop Island - one of the most beautiful islands in Halong Bay. You can hike to the top of the mountain or relax on the beach and swim in the sea. Later, get back to the vessel and move to Luon Cave for kayaking. Those who do not kayak can relax on a sampan boat rowed by a local. Return to Hera Classic Boutique and join the Sunset party and cooking class while waiting for the sun to set. Besides, don't miss the Happy Hour - Buy 2 get 1 drink free to enjoy your favorite drinks on the varied menu.

Enjoy breakfast then the day boat picks you up from Titop area and progresses to Lan Ha Bay. Visit Dark-Bright Cave by kayak for one hour and a half. Back to the day boat and enjoy lunch at around 11:30 am.
AfternoonThe boat moves to Ba Trai Dao Beach - one of the most alluring beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can sunbathe on the sandy beach or swim in the crystal clear water for more than 1 hour. On the way back to Halong Bay, visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum and learn about how the local people raise and collect the pearls. Back to Hera Classic Boutique at around 15:30. You can rest in the cabin, use a foot soak basin, or book a massage at reception. Sunset Party, Happy Hour, and cooking class are still available for you.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-10 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge $35/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st. Surcharge $20/person for Lunar New Year 2025 (16, 17, 18, 19, 20/02/2026). Surcharge of $10/pax if traveling on 30 April, 1 May, and 2 September.
- Shuttle bus: $30/ adult/ round trip. Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- For 3 day/2 night itinerary: On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

We just finished our trip on the Hera Classic Boutique Cruise. And although I have left a review, I wanted to clarify a few things. The staff is great. Very sweet and enthusiastic. Tony, our Cruise Manager had a great energy which was infectious, and made sure everyone was comfortable.
Since there are different groups 1N/2D and 2N/3D on the same cruise, it was difficult to understand all the details and timings that were relevant to us. It causes some confusion. Hence our suggestion is to have a black board in the reception/dining area with the activity details - what time we leave, what time we return, what kind of experience, what we should carry with us, so that we are clear on the plan for the day. And also to have the information in a way we can double check when needed. My feedback is not meant for any specific staff, but is directed towards the organisation. We found everyone on the team to be very efficient and friendly and made the trip much more enjoyable for us.

We enjoyed every moment of our 3 day 2 night trip. From my Suite, the scenery was incredible. Suite room is an ideal room having anything I need. The entire crew did a very good job. They were always busy so we could have a comfortable stay. The chef prepared good quality meals. The romantic scene at dinner. Excursions have never disappointed us. Recommend using the service from staff. Looking forward to seeing them again on the next trip.
