Dear Karin Mueltin, Thank you so much for your questions! (1) With the 3 days/2 nights itinerary of Bhaya Cruise, you will need to change the boat on the second day and get back to the main boat at the end of the day; (2) Once you advise us the type of cabin you are interested in and number of persons you have, we will check the availability and make a booking for you; (3) About the seasickness, as Halong is a Bay, the water surface is quite stable thus please don't worry. If you need any further information, please feel free to email me. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Joy (Ms)

Dear Mr/Ms. Baek.Sh, Thank you so much for your contacting us and we offer clients with 2 options for Halong Bay tour: (1) 2days 1night: for clients wish to mainly spend their time for relaxing and sightseeing only with fewer off-deck activities; (2) 3days 2nights: Combine between relaxing, sightseeing and kayaking as you will do the kayaking on the second day (cruise further of the bay). Thus please consider and return to me with your recommendation. Thank you! Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear Mr. Deepak Gupta, Thank you so much for your contacting us and frankly, we do not recommend a small kid for a cruise trip as he/she cannot enjoy anything of the cruise trip and also parents will need to take care of her/him. However, if you are still interested in joining the Halong Bay cruise trip, please consider the 2 days 1 night cruise option as it is very uncomfortable for your family if you are going for 3 days 2 nights. If you go on the 3D2N trip, you will need to move to a day boat on the second day and cruise until the late afternoon. Thus, I hope you understand this situation. Thank you! Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to let me know. Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear Susan Kuperman, Thank you for your question! I am sorry that it is not possible for you to take any sharing boat if your cruise ship arrives at 12.00 noon as the boarding time for all the boat is between 11:30 - 12:00 pm. Do you want to take a private boat? If yes, please let me know the number of people in your group to check availability. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Hi, I have 2 children aged 5 and 7 and 2 adults wanting to go on your cruise. However, we prefer not to have 2 separate rooms. Can you cater for this? Also, can children aged 5 and 7 do all of the activities? Kayaking and climbing etc.? Melissa

Dear Melissa, Thank you for your question. I am afraid that it is impossible for your family stay together at the same cabin as they do not have a family cabin for 4 persons. Thus, you will need 2 cabins instead. Besides, Kayaking and climbing surely not very suitable for children, thus you may consider the cruise program, or they could stay on board for relaxing instead. Thank you! Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear Massiel Serrano, Thank you for your email! Please be advised that it is totally fine that you can book a single room now when add one more person if someone joins tour with you later. The extra person just need to pay the additional cost to amend from single room to double/twin room. Best regards,

Dear Kim Gon, Thank you for your inquiry! As per your arrival time, it is possible for you to do the cruise on the day you arrive, but we do not have shuttle bus service picking up from Hai Phong. You would need a private car. Kindly share with me your cruise's preference and the number of person in your group to check the availability. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Dear Ms Linda, Thank you for your contacting us and yes, all of our cruises need to transfer to small boat on the second day and only return to the big boat in the afternoon. If you do not like this transfer, you may consider going with private cruise if possible. Thank you! With my best regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear Gary, Thank you for contacting us! Please be advised the New Years surcharge is a surcharge for compulsory gala dinner on New Year Eve and this is not included in the cruise fare. If you take the 3-day trip on Dec 30, you would be surcharged US$50/person for the gala dinner on Dec 31. This is the net rate of the cruise and we do not take any profit for this surcharge. I hope my info would help and if you would like to book, kindly do let me know. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Dear Ms. Candace, Thank you very much for contacting us. All of our cabins are strictly non-smoking although guests are allowed to smoke on their private balcony or smoking area on sundeck. Please don't worry about this part of the trip! At the moment Bhaya Cruise is available for 24-26 December still, but please keep in mind there is a peak season surcharge for Christmas gala dinner. If you have any questions please let me know!

We booked a Terrace Suite, and the decor inside was super classy. Our room was equipped with a private terrace and bathtub. The room size was small but adequate. The overnight cruise served us great dinner, including local and international cuisine. We chose a schedule with cave adventures, a bit rushed but worthwhile. Absolutely worth it with this boat!

The meals offered a great range of food to choose from, for both vegetarians and non. Nice and accommodating staff. Clean room.
It was inconvenient with the wet bathroom and toilet paper. There was still a little engine sound from my friend’s cabin although we tried to avoid it when booking.

Very good
The boat we stayed in ran at a stable speed so we did not have sea sickness throughout the journey. A group of 40 passengers could be right for this lovely cruise, so I took this opportunity to make friends with other travelers having the same interests. The room was spotless all the time.
The weather was overcast without prior to information. Some beautiful photos of this bay we looked forward to were not caught. Compared to the total amount we paid, the whole journey was so short and rushed that it impacted our excitement. We had to wake up super early, have a light breakfast, join in a quick trip to the cave, check out, have lunch, and get off the boat by 10:30 am. It seems the transfer and waiting time took up too much time on our trip =(((

Wonderful feeling for the whole trip. It happened to be my birthday on my trip date so the boat company surprised me with a cake and song. It was so lovely for my special day. The suite was elegant and well-maintained with a separate terrace, standing shower, soft bed, and pleasant sofa - it had everything! The capacity was not too large, enough space for about 40 passengers, so it was not noisy for enjoyment.

Overcrowded at the cave on the last day.

The balcony was so lovely. The staff was efficient and hard-working. The welcoming manager was willing to help us all the time. The cooking demonstration was funny, Mr. Tinh taught us how to make spring rolls, a traditional dish in Vietnam.
So sad to leave this boat and excellent team. Definitely be back with our family!

A big shout-out for this well-planned schedule. We found ourselves occupied all the time with plenty of dynamic activities such as kayaking, beach time, visiting caves, pearl farms, and floating villages but still have some time to rest. About the food, being vegetarians, my wife and I were provided a separate menu for all meals. The most outstanding thing about this cruise was the crew. All of them greeted us in the boat with a welcoming smile and professional work. We still remember Sam, who ensured a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all passengers during the schedule. Thanks a lot for her kindness!
We can’t ask for anything more.

A valued-for-money experience with Bhaya (Classic): Consulting and booking process - supportive communication. Transfer - we took a private car from Hanoi to the pier, the driver picked us up on time, the vehicle was very comfortable, and our transfer was smooth and safe. Waiting time to depart the cruise tour - only a few minutes, the waiting room was comfortable. Check-in/check-out process was smooth. Landscape - spectacular view surrounding. Food and service - plentiful and fantastic for all meals The staff - cheerful and helpful all the time. The itinerary - various with both outdoor activities and relaxation right on the boat.
The ship was a bit old.

We chose 2 nights as we want to explore the deeper area with isolated attractions. The itinerary was great with a bunch of activities but adequate downtime for unwinding. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Our cabin was small but clean and comfortable. Halong Bay was picturesque and we will surely come back.
