Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi (if using our transfer). Start a 2.5 hour trip to Halong International Harbor (Sunworld Harbor). Upon arrival, take a break before the tender takes you on Cycad Cruise.
AfternoonEmbark on Cycad Cruise, enjoy a welcome drink, listen to safety briefing before checking in your cabin. While the ship starts cruising to the bay, a delicious fusion buffet lunch will be served in the restaurant. Later, visit Thien Canh Son cave and enjoy kayaking in the bay. Back to the cruise to relax, enjoy the Happy Hour and canape party. Don't miss the chance to try the traditional Vietnamese long dress (no extra charge) and have a fun time with your fellow travelers.

Early risers may want to capture the sunrise and try Tai Chi session on deck. Enjoy a light buffet breakfast and prepare for a full day of adventure. At 9:00 am, a smaller day boat takes you deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay to explore Cap La’s hidden beaches and lagoons. Here you can enjoy kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing with spectacular limestone scenery.
AfternoonReturn to the day boat for refreshments, then savor a fresh local lunch onboard. Later, continue cruising through other beautiful parts of Bai Tu Long Bay before heading back to the main cruise. Arrive back at the mother boat at around 15:00 - 15:30.
EveningDinner will be served at 19:30. After dinner, free time for night activities.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and sent to us via email.
- Check in on board: 12:30 PM

- Return Hanoi: 3:00 PM
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge: Surcharge of $40/person per night applies for travel date on 24th December, 31st December, Lunar New Year 2026 (16, 17, 18, 19/02/2026), Liberation Day 30th April, Labor Day 1st May, National Day 30th August – 2nd Sep.
- On the second day you will travel on a day boat and do not have access to the mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (for 3 days/2 nights itinerary).
- Wifi is available on board but it is unstable sometime due to weak signal points across the mountainous bay.
