Dear Mr. Kieran, Thank you for your questions. I'm glad to assist you with your trip. The price for Pelican cruise shows on our website doesn't include a shuttle bus round trip from/to the hotel in the old quarter; you need to add 25 USD per person for that. The itinerary said 8:30 pick up just for guests to know the time you depart from Hanoi. I hope to hear from you soon and please let me know if you have any inquiries. Best regards, Amber (Ms.)

Dear Liz, Thank you for your question. I would like to suggest you 2 following options: (1) As cruise policy, your kid 4 years old will be free of charge and share bed with parents, kid 7 years old will be charge 80% of adults price and get extra bed. So yes, you can take 1 double bed + extra bed for your family. (2) Of another option, you pay a little bit more to take Family room with 2 small room connect together. I hope to hear from you and please let me know if you have any inquiries. Best regards, Amber (Ms.)

Dear Joshua Drojetzki, Thank you for your email. Our cruises will leave the pier at around noontime (11.30- 12.00), and it takes you around 1 hour from Cat Bi Airport (Hai Phong) to the cruise port (Tuan Chau Marina). Therefore, if your flight is not delayed, it is totally fine for you to join our cruise. Thanks for your kind notice! May I know when would you like to join the trip and how many people you have so I can get back to you with more details. Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you! Kind regards, Sunny (Ms)

Dear M. Thomas, Thank you for your question! Pelican bus can pick you up from Sheraton Hotel but not JW Marriot as it is located on the west side of Hanoi (around 40 minutes from Hanoi Old Quarter). If possible I would suggest you to consider a hotel either inside Hanoi Old Quarter or West Lake area. Best regards,

Dear Debashree Bose, Thank you for your question. Please kindly find my answers as below: (1) Since you are visiting the bay, it is quite calm thus I hope it would be okay with you. However, if you have seasick, you can prepare the medicine just in case. (2) Normally the weather in November is quite cold with less rain. You should check the weather forecast closer to your travel date. (3) I am sorry that the cruise does not offer complimentary drink and spa, you will have to pay for it. However, please note that you will have free 1 bottle of water for each of you in the cabin. I hope to hear from you soon and please let me know if you have any other inquiries. Dear Michelle, Thank you for your email! Please be advised that the weather in January is pretty cold with foggy thus if your trip plan is flexible, you may consider changing to the end of March or April. Until that time, the weather is warmer and nicer. For transfer, as shuttle bus only picks up and drops off in Hanoi old quarter thus if you want to be dropped off at the airport, you would need a private car. I hope my info would be helpful and should further assistance needed, please feel free to let me know. Best regards,

Would there be any additional surcharge based on the dates? 2) If we were to avail your shuttle service from Hanoi to Ha Long and back, what would be the total price? 3) In your Price Inclusion tab, a cooking class is mentioned, but I didn't see it included in the itinerary. Dear Sunny, Thank you for your email! We have emailed you the availability of Pelican Cruise for 4 July. For the private car, kindly be advised that our cost US$120 is for Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi only thus if you want to go directly to the airport, the extra charge is US$20. The airport is about 35 minutes from Hanoi Center. If you have any other question please let me know. Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

Dear Ding Xuan, Thank you for your email. If you take a direct private transfer you can get to Noi Bai Airport ontime for the flight. The cost for one way direct transfer is $95/car. If you take the shuttle bus I am afraid you will not make it for the flight time. Best regards,

Dear Kim Gon, Thank you for your question! As per your arrival time, it is possible for you to do the cruise on the day you arrive, but we do not have shuttle bus service picking up from Hai Phong. You would need a private car at USD 45/car for 2 persons. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

The Deluxe room comes with a window only. Should you would like to book this cruise, please advise me your exact travel date and duration of the trip (2 days or 3 days). Best regards, Cindy (Ms.)

There were 6 of us. We booked 2 nights on Pelican Cruise. The boat itself was not new as the picture but clean. Our cabins were comfortable. We visited the island and went kayaking on the first day. On the second day, we were on the day boat to visit a fishing village and a small cave in a quiet area. The trip was very relaxing. On the last day, Surprise Cave was huge and beautiful but much more crowded. The food was nice and plentiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. A 2-night package is recommended!

We booked a Royal Suite which was spacious and had a nice view with a private balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The food was excellent. Although there were quite a lot of activities continuously, we enjoyed the itinerary. Thank you for a great trip! We would recommend our friends.

The room was comfortable and nice with a small balcony. Watching the bay from the room was great. The food was good but could be more varied, especially for vegan.

Very good

Our Deluxe room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff went the extra mile and we appreciate their kindness. The excursions were too crowded. Maybe next time we would book 2 nights on the bay to have more time to relax and visit isolated areas.

My family had a 1-night tour with Pelican. The ship was downgraded a bit but the cabin and public areas were kept clean and neat. The food was diversified. Drinks were excluded and fairly expensive. Halong Bay was breathtaking and you will never regret it.

A nice experience overall. The crew was excellent. Good food and well-organized program.

Less-touristy attractions if possible. Anyway, the cave and island were beautiful.
