Set menu dinner with a wide range of Vietnamese and international food will be served at 19:00. Time after the meal is free for you, when you might relax on the top deck with drink from our outdoor bar, try a massage at our spa or participate in the squid fishing.

Wake up early to hunt the dawn on the bay while trying Taichi session on the sundeck. A light breakfast is served in the restaurant at 7:00 am before you visit Thien Canh Son Cave.

- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

In the event of bad weather, our policy is as follows:
- If the tour is cancelled in advance with prior notice, full refund will be made.
- If the tour is cancelled midway through, you will be charged for service already use (such as shortened cruise trip, or breakfast, or shuttle bus, whichever applies in specific case).

Is the Signature Royal cruise still operating? Looking to book for Nov 4 but some sites seems to say it’s not available or no longer operating? Also, can we get dropped off at Hanoi airport as part of the free shuttle?
Hi Joey, Yes, the Royal Signature Cruise is operating. We can certainly book for November 4th. For the shuttle service, the free service is no longer included and instead we have reduced the cruise price so travelers can have the flexibility of arranging one's own transfer if preferred. I see that round trip pickup is free from Hanoi. We want pick up from Hanoi and drop at Cat Bi International Airport at Hai Phong. Will this also be within the free services?

While pick-up from Hanoi is included, drop-off at Cat Bi International Airport in Hai Phong is not covered under the free shuttle service. What a nice experience. The bay was stunning with excellent tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view from day to night. The food was amazing. Activities were well organized. Service was excellent. Book 2 nights if you can, you will not regret it.
