Pick up from your hotel around 8:30-9:00am for a 2.5 ride to Tuan Chau Marina (transfer not included in cabin price). Have sometime to relax at our waiting lounge before boarding the cruise.

Afternoon

Upon getting on board, receive welcome drinks and safety briefing from our cruise manager. You can check in your beautiful cabin, have a quick rest before proceeding to lunch. As you enjoy the special menu, the cruise will slowly move towards Lan Ha Bay. Stop at Dark-Bright Cave to kayak and admire the serene beauty of the bay. If weather permits, another option is to visit Ba Trai Dao Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can unwind on the sandy beach, kayak, and swim in the crystal-clear water.

Evening

After enjoying breakfast, passengers will move to smaller boats which will take you to visit Viet Hai Fishing Village. You will cycle along the village (or use an electric car) to explore the daily life of its fishermen. At 12:00am, lunch will be served on the day boat.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, Orchid Cruise will bring tourists to Ba Men Temple - an untouched area for kayaking or relaxing on the beach. At 4:00pm, passengers will return to the main boat for resting and enjoying the seascape.

Evening

Dinner will be served around 7:00 pm. After that, tourists can enjoy their free time onboard: admiring Halong Bay beauty on the sundeck, sipping a drink and making new friends at the cruise’s luxury bar, watching a movie, or trying squid fishing with staff.

You can hire a speedboat to catch the main boat, the cost is around USD 80-150 depending on your actual arrival time. Dear Smit Garg, Please be advised that Orchid Classic and Orchid Trendy have similar itinerary, service quality and food menu. The only difference is Orchid Classic has fewer cabins but its cabin is larger (36m2 vs 28m2). Therefore, the price of Orchid Classic is higher. Please see the cost below:

Orchid Classic: USD 1080 for a suite balcony for 2 adults + 1 child for 2 night cruise
Orchid Trendy: USD 910 for a deluxe balcony for 2 adults + 1 child for 2 night cruise

Transfer: USD 160 for 3 persons for limousine bus Hanoi - Halong + a private MPV Halong - Hanoi airport

Dear Shan, Regarding the meals, it will be a buffet or set menu depending on different meals. Regarding the itinerary, I am sorry that they will use a day boat for activities on the second day and it will not return to the main boat until the afternoon thus you should decide if you join it or not. - You can take shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi and we arrange you connecting car to the airport (Total transfer round trip cost: US$ 75) => You can reach the airport at around 15:00 - 15:30
- You take shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong and private car from Halong - Noi Bai airport (Total transfer round trip cost: US$ 130) => You can reach the airport at around 14:00 - 14:30

Regarding the drop-off after the cruise, we suggest you the 2 following options: 1/ By shuttle bus: Our bus can only drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter and you will reach Hanoi between 2:30pm-3:00pm. We do not offer a direct bus to the airport but our van can continue to the airport after dropping off guests in downtown Hanoi. The surcharge for this trip to the airport is $10/person and you will reach the airport at 4:00pm. 2/ By private car: We can arrange a private car to get you straight from the cruise pier to the Hanoi airport at around 2:30 pm. The cost of shuttle bus is US$ 36/person/round trip, however, the pickup area is in Hanoi Old Quarter only thus you will have to take a taxi to our office at 72 Hang Trong Street to wait for the bus. On the way back, the bus will drop you off in the Old Quarter only and you can take a taxi to the airport yourselves. However, the drop-off time is around 2:00 - 2:30 PM thus I am sure you will have enough time for your flight in the evening. Dear DJ Lee, Thank you for your question! It is correct that Azalea cruise departs from Hai Phong. If you arrive at 11:00am, you can still arrive on time for the cruise (boarding time is around 12:15-12:30pm) - it takes just 30 minutes to get from Hai Phong airport to the pier. Please see our policy for trip cancellation due to bad weather below: 1/ If the tour is cancelled in advance with prior notice, full refund will be made. 2/ If the tour is cancelled midway through, you will be charged for service already use (such as shortened cruise trip, or breakfast, or shuttle bus, whichever applies in specific case). The cruise is guaranteed to run from 1 November as we are almost booked for the beginning of November please no worries. Actually both Azalea and Orchid follow the same itinerary and share similar quality standard, only boat layout is different. Totally relaxed. The bay was peaceful and gorgeous. We enjoyed the view and kayaking was a must. The staff made the trip perfect. Food was very good. Recommended.

We were so lucky to start with Orchid Trendy. Our best part of this trip was kayaking while enjoying the bay view. There was an alternative option of bamboo boat for my parents as they couldn't paddle themselves. The whole crew made our trip memorable. Thanks a lot!!!

Orchid Trendy was an indispensable part of our trip. 2 nights cruise was memorable. The staff - especially Eric, Johnny, cruise manager went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Had the most relaxing cruise ever. Surrounded by the lush greenery scenery!!!! Very comfortable very kind staff, they serve a rich list of food, couldn't be more delicious. Included lunch and dinner on the first day, breakfast and brunch on the second day. We were looking forward to the exploration activities, they did not disappoint. Fantastic trip with Halongbaytours.
