AfternoonCheck in and enjoy welcome drink as well as safety instructions. Start cruising and explore Lan Ha Bay. You have lunch while the cruise passes stunning islets and islands. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. The first stop is Tra Bau Area with the tranquil scenery. You can swim or kayak to discover the bay.
Early eveningReturn to boat, you can watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. It’s time for Sunset Party. You can order some drinks from the bar to chill at the top deck or book a spa at the reception to refresh your body. There will be a cooking lession with one of the most famous Vietnamese cuisines called spring rolls.

- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Dear Elise, With your flight at 15.20 to Chiang Mai, I think it is too tight of a time frame if you take Peony Cruise. Instead of that, you may consider another cruise such as Ambassador, Paradise Elegance, Paradise Grand as they finish at 10.30am and if you take a private car from Halong directly to Hanoi airport, you will reach there around 13.00 and still have enough time for your flight. It costs 35 USD/ person for the shuttle bus round trip Hanoi - Halong - Hanoi for the Peony Cruise.
