- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

Dear Nancy, Our cost is USD 18 per person for a one way bus from Hanoi to Halong or vice versa. We do not have bus service to Hanoi airport. You can take a private car to go to the airport directly from Halong. Or you can still take the bus back to Hanoi but we will arrange a connecting car to pick you up on the way then go to Hanoi airport. The cost is USD 20 for 2 persons for the car. Best regards, Cindy

- Free drop off at Gia Luan Pier from 8.45 - 9.00 (after visiting Trung Trang cave, you will check out from the boat after breakfast and miss the brunch).
- Drop off at Gia Luan pier after 10.00am (after visiting Trung Trang cave and back to the boat to have brunch). Extra fee is USD 15/person.

From the pier to the big boat, you will use a speedboat and it takes around 15-20 minutes to transfer. However, Halongbay is quite calm so I think it is okay for you. Dear Florian Lorenz, Yes, we have served many guests with a wheelchair. However, please go with a companion to help you to move around better, especially, Peony Cruise does not offer an elevator. Just in case, you can consider some other cruises with an elevator such as Elite of the Seas Cruise, Indochine Premium Cruise, Essence Grand Cruise, Capella Cruise.
