Get picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (extra fee) and start a 2.5 hour drive to Tuan Chau Marina.
AfternoonCheck in onboard. Enjoy a welcome drink and listen to the safety briefing by the cruise manager while the vessel starts cruising to the bay. Lunch is served in the restaurant on 2nd deck. The first stop is Sung Sot Cave – the biggest and most beautiful cave in Halong Bay. The second stop is Titop Island for hiking or swimming (Towels are supplied). Back to the cruise, join a cooking class and enjoy Happy Hour promotion (Buy One Get One Free) at sunset time.
EveningSet menu dinner is served at 7:00 pm. After dinner, you can try your hand at squid fishing or mini-golf, spa service, etc.

Start your new day with Tai Chi session on the sundeck and refill your energy with a light breakfast in the restaurant. The cruise proceeds to Luon Cave. You will kayaking or paddleboarding through the cave and enjoy the peaceful scenery and majestic mountains here. Return to the vessel and get ready for check out at 9:30 am. Savor a hearty brunch buffet in the dining room while admiring the magnificent view of Halong Bay on the way back to the harbor. Disembark at around 11:00 am.

Early risers may want to refresh your body and mind with fresh air and a Taichi session on the sundeck. Light breakfast is ready at 6:45. At 8:30 am, a day boat will pick you up to head to deeper areas of the heritage and join the excursions for the whole day. Visit Cua Van floating fishing village by traditional sampan or kayak.
AfternoonEnjoy lunch on the day boat. In the afternoon, explore Trinh Nu Cave area by kayak. At 3:00 pm, back to Catherine Cruise, relax in the swimming pool or join other onboard activities with new passengers.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.
Cruise inclusions & options
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
- Check in on board: 12:15pm.
- Check out: 10:45am.
- Return Hanoi: 2:30pm.
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak Season Surcharge: Surcharge $45/adult and $35/child for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on 24/12, 31/12 and Lunar New Year (16, 17, 18, 19/02/2026).
- Holiday Surcharge: Surcharge $30/adult if guests stay onboard on Independence Day Sep 2, 2025. Surcharge $45/guest if guests stay onboard on 30 April and 1 May.
- On the second day (2-night itinerary), you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon.

Hey As an offer you mention - One-way private transfer Noi Bai Airport - Hanoi/ Hanoi - Noi Bai Airport Is it possible to be dropped to the airport on the final day from Tuan Chau Marina? Please let me know.

Hi, looking to book for 2 nights in November for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Do you have interconeccting rooms? Is november a good time to visit? We are spending the night before at Ansana Quan Lan. Once we gat a transfer to the mainland can we have assistance arranging transport to halong bay?

Catherine cruise exceeded our expectations. Amenities are luxurious. Our room includes all amenities for a comfortable tour. Brian is the best butler. He is professional, informative, and attentive. Such an unforgettable trip thanks to him.
