12:15-12:45You will embark Genesis Regal Cruise in the warmly greeting of the team who will accompany you guys in the trip. A welcome speech will be given to you be our Cruise Manager, and itinerary briefing instantly. After that, you will enjoy set menu lunch with delicious local seafoods. Dear Maryann Warner, I am sorry that the cruise normally leaves at around 11:30 - 12:00 so you will not have enough time for it. You can consider Doris Cruise or Erina Cruise, which leaves later at around 12:15 - 12:30, however, you will need to leave the airport by 11:15am which I believe is quite a rush. If possible, you may consider to stay in Halong for 1 night and take the cruise trip the following day. Regards, Annie (Ms)
Will the shuttle from Hanoi to Halong pickup from our hotel in Hanoi and Halong to Hanoi drop-off at the Hanoi airport? I will also be traveling with a senior citizen - are there any rooms on the first floor we can specifically reserve?

Dear Luisa Fernanda, In 2 day/1 night, you will visit Dark-Bright Cave by sampan boat, swim in the quiet area, and kayak at Tra Bai Area. Besides, there are some onboard activities such as relaxing in the pool, joining a sunset party and cooking class, fishing squid, pampering yourself with massage treatments (extra charge), practicing taichi, unwinding on the sundeck with drinks (extra charge), or playing board games.
