Dear Anna, The biking activity is on the second day when you will be transferred to a day boat until the afternoon. You can skip biking and relax on the day boat until they move to the next activity. In case you want to stay on Genesis Cruise, it is alright but the ship will back to the harbor to drop off previous guests and welcome new guests, thus the itinerary and meals will be repeated.
As for the itinerary, you will start from Tuan Chau Port and cross a part of Halong Bay during transferring time from the port to the cruise but mainly explore Lan Ha Bay.

Dear Evangelia, In case of bad weather and the tour have to be cancelled, which is decided by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
1/ Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund. => You can rebook the trip on any other date
2/ During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
3/ The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
For the two later options, you can pay for the services you used and book another trip if you wish to. For your anniversary, the cruise will decorate your room to celebrate it. I hope to hear from you soon and please let me know if you have any other inquiries.
