As the shuttle bus arrives at Tuan Chau Marina, hospitable crew will welcome you on board and help you to complete the check-in procedure.
Afternoon:Hera Chef will treat you to a gourmet lunch featuring cuisine enjoyed by Hanoi intellectuals in the period of 1910 – 1930 while the cruise starts sailing in Halong Bay. Take a rest after the lunch time and get ready for a plenty of energetic activities in the afternoon: hike to the top of the mountain to capture the 360-degree view of Halong Bay, relax with a swim at Titop Beach, venture out by kayak or take a sampan boat trip through Luon Cave. Cooking demonstration will be performed around 5:30 - 6:00pm by Hera Chef with traditional Vietnamese dishes.
Evening:Around 7:30, be ready for a delicious dinner with fresh seafood in the restaurant. The rest time in the evening is free for you: let’s do what you like or participate in night activities including squid fishing, board games, and watching movies.

Light breakfast buffet is served from 6:30 with pastries, coffee, and tea. Full brunch buffet will be served while cruising back to the main port.

After breakfast, get on the day boat from Titop area to start cruising to Lan Ha Bay. Visit the Dark and Bright cave area by kayak in an hour and a half. Then return to the day to freshen up and relax.
AfternoonLunch is served on the day boat. In the afternoon, proceed to the Ba Trai Dao Beach area - one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You have around an hour and fifteen minutes for sunbathing and swimming here. On the way back to Halong Bay, visit the Pearl Farm Exhibition Center and Museum. Back on Hera Cruise at around 3:30 pm. You can take a rest in your cabin, use a foot soak basin and sauna room, book a massage, or relax on the Sundeck. Sunset party & cooking class is also available. Don't miss the Happy Hour to get the best deal for your favorite drinks.
EveningSavor a sumptuous dinner on the sun deck (if the weather is favorable) or in the Lily's Restaurant. Enjoy evening activities.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- Extra bed is not available for either child or adult
- Peak season surcharge: $40/adult and $30/child for GALA dinner if traveling on 24 or 31 December, and $20/person for Lunar New Year (16, 17, 18, 19, 20/02/2026). Surcharge of $10/pax if traveling on 30 April, 1 May, and 2 September.
- On the second day you will travel on day boat and do not have access to mother boat and your cabin until later in the afternoon (3 day/2 night itinerary)
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates

- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.

Dear Subbiah Surenthiran, The cruise generally finishes around 11:00 AM. From Halong Bay, the estimated transfer time to the Hai Phong Airport (HPH) is 1 hour and to Hanoi Airport (HAN) is 2.5 hours. We recommend factoring in additional time for check-in procedures. Best regards, Helen

Dear Marvin, Regarding your question about the "1 Night" duration, for a 2-day, 1-night itinerary, you will arrive at the pier at 11:30AM on the first day. You will then spend one night on the cruise itself, and the next day, you will arrive back at the harbor by 11:30 AM.
