Dear Ms. Le Ha Tran, Thank you for your email and we hope you are well. For the transfer, our shuttle bus only picks up and drops off in Hanoi Old Quarter area. If you are coming to Hai Phong, it is most convenient to book a taxi from there. Otherwise, we can also arrange a round-trip private car Haiphong - Tuan Chau Pier for US$90/car for 2 people. Please find the menu attached to your email. 4. Yes, you can bring your luggage to the Crusie. However, if it is more than 2 big luggage, please let us know in advance. Dear Mr. Gaurav, Thank you for your email! Please be advised that the difference is Junior Suite is on the first floor and the Senior Suite is on the second floor. Other things are the same. La Casta Regal cruise includes squid fishing in the program already. At the moment, the cruise is still available on 11 Aug so please let me know if you wish to book now. Best regards, Cindy

Hello, what time will the boat be back at the harbour? Our next destination will be Ninh Binh. I found one bus that starts at 12pm. Or do you have any other recomandations to go to Ninh Binh from Halong Bay?

Dear Andrea, Thank you for your email and you will be back at the harbour around 11:30-12:00pm. You can take the bus that departs from Thien Duong Hotel on Tuan Chau Island to Ninh Binh, this is the best way. Best regards, Melissa

Hello, we would be very interested in booking your cruise. However since we are travelling with our small 2 year old child, we would like to ask first about the security measures provided on the boat. For instance, can you provide a life vest for a 2 year old (11 Kg/90cm)? Are there any places on the boat, where a small child could easily fall overboard (like wholes on the railings)? Thank you in advance for your answers and help!

Dear Mr. Philipp, Thank you for your questions. All our cruises can provide small life jackets upon request especially for young children. In general, most cruises are child friendly, however it is best to avoid the balcony area or watch your child closely while on the sundeck area. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us! Best regards, Melissa

Hi, I was wondering for if the cruise take in those passengers who are on 2 nights or 1 night at the same time? Because as I was searching the calendar, it seems that we can book for the cruise to start daily. Does it mean that for those with 2 nights cruise, the ship will sail back to port to drop off the 1 night cruise passengers on the next day?

Dear George, Thank you for your email and question. At the moment La Casta Regal does not offer 3 day 2 night trip so they offer daily trip with 2 day 1 night program only. For other cruises that offer 3 day 2 night it really depends on each and every cruise whether the same boat is used to drop off guests on 2nd day (depending on number of vessels they have). If you need any further information please let me know! Melissa

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. We stayed in the Junior Suite cabin. The view from the room was unbeatable. The scenery was magnificent. Food was really tasty. Kayaking was the best!

The ship was well maintained. The crew was lovely.
Activities were a bit rushed. Many tourists on excursions. Not much to do after dinner.
