Dear Castor, A cabin is normally for 2 guests and if you are 3, you can choose either 1 cabin with an extra bed or 2 separate cabins. The option with extra bed costs less than 2 cabins because the 3rd person will need to pay for a single cabin if taking a separate one. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to ask. Best regards, Bonnie (Ms.)

Dear Mr. Gaurav, Thank you for your email! Please be advised that the difference is Junior Suite is on the first floor and the Senior Suite is on the second floor. Other things are the same. La Casta Regal cruise includes squid fishing in the program already. At the moment, the cruise is still available on 11 Aug so please let me know if you wish to book now. Best regards, Cindy

Dear Andrea, Thank you for your email and you will be back at the harbour around 11:30-12:00pm. You can take the bus that departs from Thien Duong Hotel on Tuan Chau Island to Ninh Binh, this is the best way. Best regards, Melissa

Hello, we would be very interested in booking your cruise. However since we are travelling with our small 2 year old child, we would like to ask first about the security measures provided on the boat. For instance, can you provide a life vest for a 2 year old (11 Kg/90cm)? Are there any places on the boat, where a small child could easily fall overboard (like wholes on the railings)? Thank you in advance for your answers and help!

Dear Mr. Philipp, Thank you for your questions. All our cruises can provide small life jackets upon request especially for young children. In general, most cruises are child friendly, however it is best to avoid the balcony area or watch your child closely while on the sundeck area. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us! Best regards, Melissa

Hi, I was wondering for if the cruise take in those passengers who are on 2 nights or 1 night at the same time? Because as I was searching the calendar, it seems that we can book for the cruise to start daily. Does it mean that for those with 2 nights cruise, the ship will sail back to port to drop off the 1 night cruise passengers on the next day?

Dear George, Thank you for your email and question. At the moment La Casta Regal does not offer 3 day 2 night trip so they offer daily trip with 2 day 1 night program only. For other cruises that offer 3 day 2 night it really depends on each and every cruise whether the same boat is used to drop off guests on 2nd day (depending on number of vessels they have). If you need any further information please let me know! Melissa

Very good
The ship stood still all the time. In case we want to visit the attractions, we have to travel by a smaller ship. Cramped in seats and small luggage space. The chair was not suitable for oversized people.

An ideal size vessel, not too big to be noisy, and not too small to be lonely. The dining room is very comfortable. The schedule is ok. And the stops were less busy. The staff did their job well.
The food was okay but traditional Vietnamese dinner would rather than Europeans.

Good
The journey was rushed and left nothing behind. We were picked up at hotels around Hanoi. Boarded the ship, had lunch, and began the excursions. Not enough time for kayaking and swimming had to move on to the next activity. Breakfast on day 2 was served early in time to join in the remaining activities. The tour guide ensured you left the restaurant as soon as you finished eating. Poor wifi connection onboard. A relaxing trip was not suitable.

The booking process went smoothly. Safe shuttle service. Comfortable seats and arrived at the pier on time. Helpful staff. Customer service was okay.
The food was advertised as 5 stars but was actually only 3 stars. The presentation was beautiful, but average in flavors.

Very good
Although the staff are experienced and good cheer, they organize activities that are boring and rushed. Kayaking is the most fun activity, I thought, but it's only 30 minutes. Very short and disappointing. Other activities require up to 2 hours to participate in. It's been too long and I don't know anything else to do. Waiting time and traveling between locations was very long.

The cabin was spacious, tidy and clean. We had 2 nights on La Casta Regal Cruise and it was worth every penny. Day 2 was filled with exciting activities, we loved the village and the beach tour. Food was top-notch.
The ship was a bit aged but not a big deal.
