- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy (Read more about cancellation due to bad weather).

Hello. We are going to stay in Haiphong instead of Hanói. Is is posible that we go straight to a meeting point in Haiphong to do the cruise, instead of picking us up in Hanói. Thank you very much.

Dear Ms. Irene Mestre, Thank you very much for your question! You can surely arrange a taxi yourself to the pier of the cruise and save the shuttle bus cost. The address for Maya Cruise is Got Pier (Bến Gót in Vietnamese). The pier is around 20 minute from city center. Best regards, Hana (Ms.)

The trip was well organized from start to finish. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The cabin was big and convenient enough for just one or 2-night stay. Highly appreciate their effort to take care of our food requests.

Outstanding
Halong Bay was extremely unique and spectacular. We are happy we made it with Maya. Food exceeded our expectations and the staff was very attentive and accommodating to our dietary requirements. We loved the bicycle trip to the ancient village and it was worth doing a 2 night trip to see more Halong Bay. The cave tour on the third day was very early but it turned out that it was a perfect choice to avoid the crowds. Highly recommended!

The boat looks very lovely. The staff was helpful and welcoming, especially our tour guide (can't remember his name). The food was varied and delicious. It would be perfect if we had more traditional dishes. Thank you for a nice trip!

Lan Ha Bay was very stunning. It was said to be less touristic than Halong so we chose it for our one-night stay. Staff on Maya Cruise was nice, very caring and friendly. We had a small group on our trip so we felt very personal. Food was plenty of it and had a good taste.

We had a nice experience! Our guide Moon and Chung were very friendly and informative. The crew was also very accommodating. Food was good. The route was less busy than the main Halong Bay and our excursions were started earlier than other cruises so we did not feel so crowded. Highly recommended!

We stayed on this cruise for 2 days and 1 night. There was the right amount of activities so we still have some free relaxing time. Our cabin was spacious and well-furnished. The food was plentiful and yummy.
