You are advised to bring a copy of your prenatal chart and a letter from your doctor clearing you for travel, with your due date. So that in case there is any medical problem, doctors would have an idea of how your pregnancy has been going.

You should also purchase a travel insurance, and make sure that it covers any complications on board.

  • Drink bottled water and heathy food that are allowed from your doctor only.
  • Pack plenty of healthy snacks in your hand luggage and remember that you need to drink plenty of water.
  • Take part in excercise activities on board, such as morning Tai Chi and nightly slow dance, but do keep in mind that pregnancy is not the time for any hard workout.
