Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor in Halong city, take rest at Alisa Cruise Lounge before transferring to Alisa Premier Cruise.
12:30Enjoy welcome drink while our Cruise Manager give a brief introduction, safety guidelines needed while you are on the cruise. Check-in your cabin and then, start exploring Halong Bay.

Dear Andrew, I am sorry that we only offer shuttle bus that return to Hanoi center. If you need to get to the airport, we can arrange a connecting car at US$ 20 extra for 2 persons and you will reach the airport at around 3:00 - 3:30pm. Dear Melodie, Thank you for your questions! I would like to provide you with some information regarding the cruise itinerary for 3 days and 2 nights. The cruise will sail through Halong bay and make a brief stop at Pearl Farmhouse and then fully stop at Sung Sot cave for your kayaking trip. For the second day, you will be able to visit Ti Top Island and maze caves throughout the day. Cooking class, happy hour sunset party, after dinner, etc. will be distributed throughout the trip. It was a pleasure thanks to the attentive and friendly service of the crews. The exploring itinerary brought us various experiences on Halong bay.
Lack of light in some areas onboard, or it could be by its decor style. Anyway, enough light would create a safer feeling for travelers.

A good boat with delicious cuisine. Wifi was available in every area onboard.
It seemed the boat was nothing different from other ones, both the itinerary, food and amenities. And the tour guides of this boat, like robots, do everything with fixed activities and are less flexible. Compared to other cruises and the service quality we received, it was so expensive. It only moved from the pier to the bay center and almost stood during the trip. The itinerary was fixed so it was either kept or skipped some activities, we could not change it. One more thing is despite having a bathtub in the bathroom, the water tap did not work. Disappointing experiences when choosing Alisa.

Very good
Alisa Premier Cruise was so beautiful that it exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-equipped with a wide range of amenities. Especially, from the bathtub, we could capture the whole stunning view of Halong bay with our eyesight. Excursions on the itinerary were various such as exploring caves, swimming, hiking, kayaking. The areas that the cruise visited were usually crowded and noisy. All staffs were courteous and attentive.
The excursions with the boat were so hurried that we hardly had time for resting. It seemed that the organizers tried to take us to visit as many destinations as possible, not focusing on our authentic experiences. We also would like to eat Vietnamese dishes rather than Western options.

We were arranged to pick up and drop off transportation service with an extra fee from our hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter. The driver was so friendly and kind. The dishes served in the restaurant were fresh and delicious, even had a special menu for people with allergies.
