AfternoonIn the afternoon, Capella anchors for outdoor activities on the Ao Ech. Numerous entertaining facilities are available, listed as seasonal swimming pool, jacuzzi, floating ocean pool, inflatable water slide, kayak. - Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

I was hoping to fly out of hanoi is there a way that I can go straight from the cruise to the airport. Also what time should i be booking a departing flight out of hanoi that evening to be safe (don't wanna miss my flight or anything).
Hi Nadia, Yes, we can arrange a private car transfer from the cruise pier directly to Noi Bai Airport for you. The earliest time you can reach the airport is 2:00pm so a flight at 4:30pm is reasonable. Can I book a shuttle from Ninh Binh to the cruise and then return to Hanoi? The booking form only shows Hanoi-based transfers. If this is possible, how do I add the Ninh Binh pickup to my reservation?

To book this, please select the Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi transfer option on the booking form and include a note stating that you require a pickup in Ninh Binh. The boat and its facilities were accurate as in the picture. Our kids had a great time with the pool and water slide. Our sky family room was spacious and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and clean.
Me and my husband had a wonder 3-day trip on Capella. Service and facilities were 5-star. The ship itself was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The staff could not do enough for us. Chris, Alex, Brian were the best. Everyone was hospitable and helpful. The room offered an excellent view of the bay with extra large windows and lovely balcony. All activities followed the schedule we got. Excursions were wonderful. Lunch buffet was plenty and dinner menu was superb. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Overall, we enjoyed every moments onboard. Will come back and recommend our friends.
The room was beautiful with a large balcony, the staff and food were beautifully decorated. Pool water was very cold.
3 days/2 nights was perfect. Our room was on upper level, the view was absolutely breathtaking.
