Please note that all the overnight cruises depart at noon (around 11:30 - 12:00) and it takes around 1 hour from Cat Bi Airport to the cruise pier so it is fine if your flight that arrives at 10:20 is on time and you can leave the airport right away. However, I think it is very risky as if your flight is delayed, you will miss the trip. Maybe can you please consider staying in either Halong, Hai Phong or Hanoi the day before and take the cruise trip the following day?
