Wake up in the early morning, participate in Tai Chi session, and relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat. - Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

While pick-up from Hanoi is included, drop-off at Cat Bi International Airport in Hai Phong is not covered under the free shuttle service. Should you wish to travel to Cat Bi Airport after the cruise, we would be happy to arrange a private transfer for you at a rate of $40 per car (up to 2 passengers). Hello! I see that in the past you had a Free Shuttle Bus from Hanoi to this cruise, but it is no longer listed as being a free shuttle bus anymore. Has this changed? Will we have to pay for the shuttle bus? How much is it in addition to the room charge? Thanks!
